About the Event
Explore the changeable history of tea during the 19th century. Learn about the various types of teas available and the expanded offerings of food which accompanied tea, and discuss the difference between Afternoon Tea, Cream Tea, and High Tea. This presentation will be accompanied by a tasting of popular 19th-century teas as well as a few tasty treats which would be offered during Afternoon Tea.
This fundraiser supports the Hamilton House Museum in preservation and programming.
Admission is $30 per person. Registration is required, and payments must be made to secure your seat.
